SUNSET OF HOPE - A poem for my friend Ave
SUNSET OF HOPE
The heavenly cross and a bright white light
Shine like stars and seek all those in sight
From soft golden clouds they send a message of peace
For all lost souls that their earthly pain will cease
Seek and you shall find a place in God’s heavenly abode
To Rest and let him bear the burden of your heavy load
Come make a journey across those calm blue waves
To a place where Jesus welcomes all souls he saves.
Let the bright white light draw you toward
The heavenly kingdom of our Dear s… Continue

Sara Ann Piggot....
Sarah Ann Piggott was my great grandmother and this is a photo of her and her children taken in the grounds of Inveraray Castle. My grandfather Charles Peter Piggott in the sailors outfit and his siblings were born in a cottage in the grounds.......their father John Piggott was coachman and footman to the Duke and Duchess of Argyll.
